How do I place an order?

  • tall wedding cakeStore location: We would love to see you! You can come in to the store during normal business hours to place an order with one of our friendly customer service representatives at 11121 N. Rodney Parham, Suite 14A. Click on the Contact Us page to see the map of our location.
  • By phone: You can call us at 501-221-1989 and place an order over the phone with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. To place orders into production, we require payment at the time of the order.
  • Online Order & Delivery: Several items are available for online ordering on our website and on Facebook. More complex orders may require the expertise of our customer service team, so we ask that you email photos along with the number of servings, your name and contact information to orders@mickeyssweets.com. Due to the high volume of inquiries we receive daily, we ask that you allow at least 72 hours for an email response. Emails are reviewed as our team becomes available, so if you need immediate assistance, it is best that you call or come to the store to place your order. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
  • Same day/same week orders are best handled in the store or over the phone.

What is the latest time I can place my order?

We will make every attempt to accommodate orders that are made at least 24-48 hours in advance. For weekend orders, we encourage customers to call and place orders by Wednesday. Same day orders may be available based on capacity. Custom and specialty orders should be placed at least two (2) weeks in advance. Order timelines are evaluated weekly and are subject to change based on availability.

How do I sample your cake flavors?

Do I have to pay for my order in advance and what forms of payments do you accept?

Yes. To place orders, full payment or 50% deposit is required. Orders are automatically placed on hold until payment is confirmed. All delivery orders must be paid in full when order is placed. Wedding cake orders require a non-refundable/non-transferable $100 deposit to reserve the wedding date. The balance must be paid in full at least two (2) weeks prior to the event. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

What is your refund policy?

Notification of order cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before the planned pickup or delivery time for standard flavor cakes and four (4) business days on special flavors and custom orders. A 20% cancellation fee is assessed on all cancellations. Wedding cake order require a 2-week notification and a prorated refund will be issued based on the timeline indicated in the Wedding & Tiered Cake policy. Refund policies may change at any time at management’s discretion.

What happens if I damage my cake after pick-up?

Once a dessert or cake product leaves the premises, it becomes the sole responsibility of the customer to properly transport and store the product. We always advise that cakes should be transported on a level surface in the coolest environment possible. If a cake is damaged after leaving the store, if time and resources permits and for an additional cost, we will make every effort to do the repair or offer a replacement. We always recommend using our delivery services if there is a potential for improper transport.

What happens there is a problem with my order?

We work extremely hard to get it right the first time. We want to hear your feedback. If any product is unsatisfactory, we ask that you communicate concerns at the time that you pick up your order or return the product to us within 48 hours of pickup. This allows us to evaluate the product and make necessary adjustments. We ask customers to carefully review cake designs prior to leaving the store. If it is determined that something within our service or baking process caused a problem, we will make an appropriate prorated payment adjustment to the order.

How do I redeem my Mickey’s Cakes & Sweets Gift Certificate?

Mickey’s gift certificates can only be redeemed in the store.

Are your products nut-free?

Though we do not use any nut based products, we cannot guarantee all of our products are nut-free. We suggest that you tell us about any allergies before placing your order so we can advise you of the best options for you and your family.

Are any of your cakes made with sugar substitutes, egg-free, gluten-free, or reduced fat products?

Yes, you we have certain flavors available in gluten-free or low sugar options.

Do you deliver?

Yes, several of our products are available for delivery through Bite Squad and Waitr order and delivery services. For more complex orders, local Mickey’s Delivery for standard cakes is $25.00. Local Delivery and Setup for wedding cakes is $78.00. All other deliveries are based on size of cake and/or distance, and are available on request for an additional charge.

Do you ship cakes?

We do not ship our cakes at this time.

How do I get your company to give a donation for our event?

Donation request reviewed monthly and all donation requests must be submitted in writing for consideration. We love to help our community as much as possible; however, we give a limited amount of donations each year. We ask that you give us at least two weeks’ notice to consider your request.
